The order did arrive in the end and everything was fine once I received it, but the communication really wasn’t great. I didn’t get any updates and had to keep chasing to find out what was going on, which was frustrating. That said, the item itself was okay, so I just wish the customer service side had been a bit more proactive.

I’ve had my order show up late two times now, and both times there were basically no clear updates about what was going on. At first I tried to be patient, but after the second delay I ended up having to escalate the complaint because it felt like no one was actually communicating or taking responsibility.

This was really frustrating. My order showed up with the wrong items, and on top of that, one thing was missing completely. I don’t know how it got messed up this badly, but it’s annoying to deal with when I was just expecting what I paid for

I reached out to Manor Phoenix thinking it would be a quick question, nothing complicated, but then I didn’t hear back for days. I kept checking my email and wondering if I’d missed something, which was annoying. When they finally replied, it was so brief that it didn’t really answer anything. I don’t know, maybe they were busy, but it felt like I had to keep pushing just to get basic help. Frustrating overall.

I was hoping the return with manorphx.com would be straightforward, but it ended up being a hassle. To be fair, they did eventually respond, so I guess that’s something, but it took way too long to get a clear answer. The exchange option wasn’t exactly smooth either, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to figure out what was going on. For a basic return, it really shouldn’t feel this complicated. Not sure I’d order from them again

I ordered from Manor Phoenix and the item eventually showed up, but it took way longer than I expected. The product itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the shipping process was frustrating. I barely got any helpful updates, so I kind of felt left in the dark the whole time wondering where my order was.

I checked online and it said the stuff I wanted was in stock, but of course when I got there, everything was gone. Maybe it’s just a bad inventory system, but it’s starting to feel like the website is luring people in and then pretending the shelves were ever stocked in the first place

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been way too slow. Feels like this is taking Forever for no real reason.

I went on Manor Phoenix thinking I’d see a decent mix of familiar brands, but the selection felt limited. A couple categories only had like one or two choices, and some of the products seemed a bit random to me.

It’s not a terrible site or anything, but if you’re someone who likes comparing brands before buying, it’s kind of a letdown. I ended up clicking around for a while and then leaving without ordering Anything.

The website worked fine for me for the most part, but it did take a little while to find what I was looking for. Pages loaded okay and the layout isn't bad, it just feel a bit confusing in some spots. Not a terrible site or anything, but not super great either. Average for me.

I was dissapointed with this. The fabric feels really cheap and after wearing it just once, some of the stitching already started coming loose. I expected better. Not happy with it and I dont think I’d buy it again.

My order showed up in this flimsy little box with barely any padding inside. The corners was all crushed, and the stuff inside looked like it had been tossed around during shipping. For what I paid, I really expected them to pack it better. I don’t think I’ll order again if this is how they ships things

I left annoyed and definitely won’t be going back.
